JOB RESPONSIBLEs
- Control and Receive the money from the Bank and customer.
- Manage petty cash for other expense.
- Classify the received & payment docs in files.
- Prepare the report of the cash balance to Finance Manager.
- Regular consultations with Finance Manager.
- Daily stock report & keep clean in stock area.
- Control the stationery using in Head Office and branches.
- Admin tasks (filing & copying documents etc).
- Performed other related duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTs
- BBA degree in Finance-Banking, Accounting or equivalent.
- At least one or two year(s) work experiences in banking, MFI, accounting related field.
- Good in both writing and speaking in English.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel. if use QuickBooks is perfect
- Willing to improve the community.
- Good interpersonal skills, team work, patient, responsible and high commitment.
- Honest, good attitude, serious, gentle, friendly and willing to work.
