JOB RESPONSIBLEs
Main Duties:
- Entry daily and monthly petty cash into system
- Entry daily and monthly sale products into system
- Entry daily and monthly account payable and account receivable into system
- Classifications of expenses account and prepare all voucher
- Deal with Tax Officers, Tax Auditor and External Auditor
- Check and follow up of staffs cash advance and clear account receivable and payable
- Stock management by physically procedure including daily stock control report
- Review and process expense report
- Prepare weekly, monthly report
- Do other task as assigned by line manager
JOB REQUIREMENTs
Requirements:
- Fresh or under graduated student in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin;
- At least 1 year experience in related field is preferable;
- Strong understanding of accounting theory;
- Computer literacy in Ms.Word and Excel;
- Good in communication;
- Good knowledge of Peachtree accounting software;
- Good written and spoken English is preferable;
- High commitment and honest;
