JOB RESPONSIBLEs
- Manage and oversee all aspects of Admin and HR functions
- Assist, support and perform human resource tasks such as hiring and training staff. This may include reviewing applications, conducting interviews, processing new hire paperwork and conducting on-the-job-training or mentoring to new employees
- Assist in developing Learning and Development policies and procedure also for internal and external training conduction
- Support HR Team and lead a company’s HR programs and policies as they apply to employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance, disciplinary actions and staffing levels
- Support the company’s strategic goals which may help drive the design, planning and implementation of these programs and policies.
- Get involved in developing Admin and HR system with programing teams
- Assist direct supervisor to prepare annual budget for the department and related departments
- Assist in handling budgets and creating budget plans, finding ways to reduce costs of supplies and services and monitor the flow of cash to ensure the company stays within their proposed budget and he/she will work with Finance Department and related departments in order to perform closely these duties.
- Assist in managing office and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. This may be related to ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance of the office’s equipment and computers, maintaining, meeting schedules and writing or reviewing contracts…etc. He/she may need to work with related staff to do these duties
- Assist in supporting social performance management and other charity activities
- Perform other tasks as requested by managers
JOB REQUIREMENTs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields. Holding a master degree is appreciated
- Having a degree or experience in Pedagogy is appreciated
- At least 4-year experience in Admin & HR Management or related experience
- Proven track record of on-boarding, training and motivating administrative employees
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, positive attitude, good time management and leadership and employee development skills
- The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels. Be patient and able to deal with difficult situations
- Documented computer skills and computer literacy with Ms. Office
- Good budgeting, tracking budget expenses, quality management and IT skills. Having knowledge of software programing is appreciated
- English literacy is good. Good writing skills in English and Khmer
- Fast learners with will to learn something new are encouraged to apply
