JOB RESPONSIBLEs
- Support the company’s strategic goals which may help drive the design, planning and implementation of these programs and policies
- Prepare annual budget for the department and related departments
- Handle budgets, create budget plans, find ways to reduce costs of supplies and services and monitor the flow of cash to ensure the company stays within their proposed budget and he/she will work with - - Finance Department and related departments in order to perform closely these duties
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and procurement like the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Develop related admin policies, procedures, guides like Office Management Guide…etc
- Manage office and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. This may be related to ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance of the office’s equipment and computers, maintaining, meeting schedules, writing or reviewing contracts, letter filing, event management, event protocol, transportation, security, sanitation…etc. He/she may need to work with related staff to do these duties
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Perform other legal tasks as requested
- Manage and support social performance management and other charity activities
- Get involved in developing Admin system with programing teams
- Perform other tasks as requested by managers
JOB REQUIREMENTs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields. Holding a master degree is appreciated
- At least 4-year experience in Admin Management or related experience
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, positive attitude, good time management and leadership and employee development skills
- The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels. Be patient and able to deal with difficult situations
- Documented computer skills and computer literacy with Ms. Office
- Good budgeting, tracking budget expenses, quality management and IT skills. Having knowledge of software programing is appreciated
- English literacy is good. Good writing skills in English and Khmer
- Fast learners with will to learn something new are encouraged to apply
