JOB RESPONSIBLEs
• Prepare daily OR weekly sales KPIs report.
• Maintain & build up relations with clients/customers.
• Set strategy to maximize sales outcome
• Follow up the update sales status system
• Participate sales marketing, promotion activities, training, meeting
• Conduct market research and keep it updated
• Handle and follow up enquiries with clients
• Make a cold calling to target client and have a face to face meeting
• Have an ability to convince clients and make business deal.
• Identify client’s need and offer the best solution
• Can work inside and outside office
• Keep update real estate knowledge and market
• Create maintain leads achieve targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTs
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Stellar prospecting and lead follow-up
• Must be attentive, detail-oriented, hardworking
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
• Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps, and ability to quickly learn
new systems.
• Have the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn CRM and marketing technologies.
• Experiences in Estate Agency.
