• Assist recruitment process
• Employment Contract
• Update staff profile
• Keep track all staff movement
• Prepare staff monthly report
• Prepare monthly staff attendance report all staff
• Making re-new contract for workers
• Check verify Overtime (OT) calculation
• Prepare monthly payroll
• Implement Company’s rules & regulations comply Cambodian Labor Law
• Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
• Assist general administrative
• Solving problems Internal External company
• General administration support
JOB REQUIREMENTs
• At least 2-3 experience HR job
• Flexible, dynamic, well organized, analytical able make good judgment self-motivated
• Be honest, patient, follow instruction the superior
• Strong interpersonal, team building negotiation skills
• Good communication skill
• Able work under pressure, independently well in team
• Bachelor degree Human Resources Management other field
• Good command Khmer English
• Computer literate (Microsoft office) internet must required
• Basic salary rank from $350-$500 (depending on experience)
